Our client, a leading AJ100 studio, is seeking a project manager, or architect with project management experience, to deliver high spec workplace fit outs. They are an international studio who work at the cutting edge of commercial interiors, harnessing technology to deliver innovative & unique spaces for high profile commercial clients.

If you are a PM or an architect that has project managed high quality workplace fit outs at the delivery stages, we want to hear from you!

Essential criteria:

  • Experience project managing the delivery stages of high-quality workplace fit out projects in the UK, strong technical & site-based background
  • Ability to run project independently and coordinate teams, contractors, appoint contractors & make sure project gaps are closed & oversee smooth running of projects
  • Ability to coordinate documentation
  • Flair for systems & methodology
  • Confident & assertive to represent client interests
  • Right to live & work in the UK
