Here’s what you can expect:

- Flexible work arrangements, with the potential to work from home 2-3 days a week in addition to working from our client’s open plan office in Central London.

- Be an integral member of the design and technical team
- Work on complex projects with challenging clients, consultants, and stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with the director and associate director to design top-notch projects
- Help support colleagues and team members wherever possible
- Continue to build design studio capabilities

- Strong design skills aligned to practical operational and commercial knowledge
- Experience in designing and delivering projects or complex packages on large projects
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and project coordination or management skills
- Proactivity, resourcefulness, and self-motivation
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest on technology and innovation
- Technical proficiency with Revit, and Rhino, and proven knowledge of BIM methodology.
- Coordination skills – internal and external teams/consultants, etc., and the ability to work directly with multiple stakeholders including contractors and site staff.
- Commercial acumen – the ability to consider the commercial viability of the projects throughout the entire process.
