Our Edinburgh based client are looking to add a Senior Architect / Associate to their team to support in the delivery of large scale residential-led and mixed use projects from planning to technical design and completion.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the design and project management of projects across all RIBA stages; undertaking technical lead on the implementation of projects; overseeing project teams; co-ordinating and managing inputs from external consultants; preparing design programmes and monitoring the commercial performance of projects.
A key part of the role is client management and inputting technical expertise at design team and client meetings. Effective and confident presentation and communication skills are therefore essential.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with a proven record of delivering successful projects ranging in size and complexity. Experience of delivering high rise and high-density residential schemes across all stages with a strong technical design knowledge is required. Experience of working in Revit (ideally BIM) is highly desirable.
