Architect Job: Bespoke: Project Architect / Experienced Part II with Sustainable Hospitality Studio

Our client is a RIBA Chartered boutique hospitality interior architecture studio who have a strong focus on sustainability and the circular economy. They are looking for an architect with post part 3 experience or an experienced Part II. This is a 12 month contract working on a large scale, sustainability focused commercial redevelopment – a placemaking project involving the creation of retail, leisure and office spaces within existing buildings as well as a large amount of surrounding landscaping. Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day running of a large scale, redevelopment project including internal and external modifications
  • Take form feasibility through to completion working closely with the Directors
  • Produce technical documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Architectural qualification, ideally Part III
  • Experience working from concept through to delivery ideally on hospitality projects
  • Experience of working on sustainability focused architecture a very big plus.
  • Deep interest in sustainability, circular economy, low carbon design and architecture is 100% essential
  • Experience across RIBA work stages from 0-6
  • Independent and proactive project running skills and experience
  • Knowledge of Vectorworks would be desirable but not essential – raining can be provided
