Harrow College has excellent facilities for our Plumbing and Electrical provision. As Course Team Leader, reporting to the Section Manager for Construction, you would be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range programmes across plumbing, electrical and multi-skills provision. You would also teach across a range of programmes according to your specialism, supervise a team of Lecturers and will be involved in ongoing curriculum development and quality assurance.
You will possess a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, an Assessor qualification and at least 2 years’ experience of teaching Plumbing. You will ideally possess a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (or be willing to work towards this) and have a good understanding of best practice in teaching and learning. You should also have some curriculum co-ordination experience and ideally experience of leading/supervising a team.
