An understanding of design details and how they impact on the design and construction of buildings is also essential to be able to undertake the role.

We expect any members of staff in a job-share to spend at least 40% of their time employed by the University to ensure we can cover the teaching management and student support aspects of the role. Staff will be supported in obtaining an accredited higher education teaching qualification, if they do not already have one. We also offer mentoring support to all our staff in the Department.
