This Central London firm are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an architectural background. As a Project Manager you will be delivering projects on time and budget whilst protecting the integrity of the design and ensuring full compliance with regulations. This role will be project-focused but working in parallel to the contracts management team. You must be able to confidently carry out project programming, internal resource management, administration of existing contracts, building regulation compliance, project specific fee negotiation with specialist contractors and management of budgets. This highly successful team is looking for an individual with a background in and understanding of the building and construction industry. Ideally you will showcase impeccable time-management, prioritisation and organisational skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
