Award winning studio in the heart of buzzing East London is on the lookout for an architect or designer to join the team on a long-term contract basis. If successful, you will be joining an established team producing technical information for a highly anticipated UK mixed-use/residential housing project. This award-winning studio is one of the most established design houses in the UK and is offering hybrid or a fully remote contract that is outside IR35.
Job Description
- Generate production information and drawing packages at RIBA stage 4+ on an exciting housing project
- Join design team meetings and assist with trouble shooting
Key Skills
- RIBA Part II or Part III qualified or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in UK multi-unit housing projects, at RIBA stage 4 onwards
- Experience using Revit is essential
- Available within two weeks notice
- Clear communication style with ability to coordinate a team
