Lecturer in Construction Project Management (based at GCU London)

Contract: Full-time/open ended

This role will be based at GCU London and includes an additional London Weighting Payment of £4,464 per annum

GCU London is the postgraduate campus of Glasgow Caledonian University, hosting more than 1200 students, and is based in the heart of London’s vibrant Spitalfields area. The post holder will a member of the School of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment (SCEBE) but be based at GCU London and contribute to teaching, dissertation supervision and research in Environmental Management. SCEBE delivers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and undertakes research that was rated in the UK top 30 for the Built Environment in the recent UK Research Excellence Framework exercise.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational individual to support the delivery and sustain the growth of the MSc Environmental Management programme at our GCU London campus. We are seeking individuals who have a passion and enthusiasm to deliver innovations in learning and teaching and to develop research and knowledge exchange opportunities. We seek both practitioners and academics with a good working knowledge related to our accrediting Professional Bodies.

Areas of desirable expertise include but are not limited to Construction Finance, Construction Law, Construction Technology, Health & Safety, Construction Project Management, Value & Risk Management and Sustainability.
