Is there anything more enjoyable than eating? Eating, drinking and enjoying food is the greatest happiness and joy God has given us. We go beyond simply a meal to satisfy our hunger for survival, and creatively use various ingredients provided by nature to enjoy infinitely.
먹는것보다 즐거운 것이 있을까요. 음식을 먹고 마시고 즐기는 것은 우리에게 신이 주신 최고의 행복이자 즐거움입니다.
우리는 단순히 허기진 배를 채우는 생존의 식사를 뛰어넘어 자연이 선사한 다양한 식재료를 창조적으로 활용하여 무한하게 즐기고 있습니다.
Above all, I love alcohol. There were many times when I drank alone, but I recently got married and drinking with my wife is more enjoyable than anything else. Soju, beer, traditional liquor, kaoliang spirits, wine, whiskey and even cognac are all enjoyed. There are so many drinks in the world to enjoy!
무엇보다 저는 술을 좋아합니다. 혼자 마실때가 많았지만 최근에 제가 결혼을해서 아내와 둘이 마시는게 무엇보다 즐겁습니다. 소주, 맥주, 전통주, 고량주, 와인, 위스키 심지어 꼬냑까지 가리지 않고 즐깁니다. 세상에 이렇게 즐길 술이 많다니-!
I enjoy a variety of drinks, but recently I've been fascinated by wine. Above all, I fell in love with the variety of beautiful colors scattered by light and the scent and taste with numerous layers. Before we drink alcohol, we can talk about color and flavor with the person we drink with, and even just the design of the label on the bottle. This is a very enjoyable time.
다양한 술을 즐기지만 최근에는 와인에 매료됐습니다. 무엇보다 빛에의해 산란되는 다양하고 아름다운 컬러와 수많은 레이어를 가지고 있는 향과 맛에 반했지요. 우리는 술을 마시기 전에 함께 마시는 사람과 색깔과 향에대해, 그리고 병에 있는 레이블 디자인만으로도 다양한 이야기를 나눌 수 있습니다. 이것은 매우 즐거운 시간입니다.
Training is required to enjoy the delicate taste, aroma and color of wine.
While experiencing hundreds of bottles of various wines, I was able to feel the taste and aroma that I had never felt before. I have reached the stage where I enjoy evaluating the taste objectively while feeling the top, middle, and base notes over time like perfume. Sharing my experiences with a variety of wine lovers, I learned that the taste of wine can vary depending on the time, place, and physical condition of an individual.
Alas, it's very disappointing that everything we share our experiences is subjective.
수백병의 다양한 와인을 경험하면서 그동안 느끼지 못한 맛과 향을 느낄 수 있게 됐습니다. 마치 향수처럼 시간에 따라 탑, 미들, 베이스 노트가 느껴지면서 객관적으로 맛을 평가하는것을 즐기는 단계까지 왔습니다. 와인을 좋아하는 다양한 사람들과 경험을 공유하면서 와인의 맛은 시간, 장소, 그리고 개인이 가진 신체적 조건에 따라 다양한 평가가 나올 수 있음을 인정해야한다는 것을 배웠습니다. 아아 그래도 우리가 공유하는 모든 경험이 주관적이라니 많이 아쉽네요.
Are there any factors that can be used to judge wine more objectively? Taste and smell are unavoidable factors that are quite subjective. Wouldn't it be possible to see exactly the color we are looking at? In fact, in the wine tasting process, wine tasting is performed on a white drawing paper on the desk so that the color of the wine can be seen most objectively. However, the color changes subtly depending on what kind of light environment it is.
와인을 좀더 객관적으로 판단 할 수 있는 요소는 없을까요? 맛과 향은 어쩔 수 없이 상당히 주관적인 요소이니 어쩔 수 없는것이고, 우리가 바라보는 색깔만이라도 정확하게 볼 수는 있지 않을까요? 실제로 와인 전문 시음 프로세스에는 와인의 컬러를 가장 객관적으로 볼 수 있도록 흰색 도화지를 책상위에 깔고 그 위에서 와인 테이스팅을 진행합니다. 하지만 또 어떤 빛의 환경이냐에 따라 컬러는 미묘하게 달라집니다.
Wine Folly, a wine community specializing in wine, has organized a total of 36 wine colors so that they can be called. However, it is necessary to have an accurate reference point of color to distinguish whether it is denser or brighter, but the space environment, table, and cup are all different each time you drink, so the information on color has also become an inaccurate factor. To appease this disappointment, I designed the Objectivity wine glass so that I can objectively look at wine, at least in color, my greatest joy.
와인 전문 커뮤니티 와인폴리에서는 와인의 컬러를 총 36가지로 나눠 부를 수 있게 정리했습니다. 하지만 정확한 컬러의 기준점이 있어야 더 농도짙은지, 밝은지 구분을 하는데 마실때마다 공간 환경과, 테이블, 컵이 모두 다르니 컬러에 대한 정보 또한 부정확한 요소가 돼버렸습니다. 이러한 아쉬움을 달래고자, 나의 최고의 기쁨, 와인에 대해 최소한 컬러만이라도 객관적으로 바라볼 수 있도록 Objectivity 와인잔을 디자인했습니다.
Because all the surfaces of ordinary wine glasses are transparent, the color of the wine looks different depending on the material and color of the table. A new method of attaching a glass with a magnet to the white ceramic base was applied to objectively identify color in any environment. In addition to that, a mechanical device has been added so that you can see and enjoy the color of wine accurately even in dark places by subtly transmitting the LED that enables accurate color recognition on the upper surface of the ceramic base.
일반적인 와인잔은 모든 표면이 투명하기 때문에 테이블의 소재와 컬러가 무엇이냐에 따라 와인 색이 다르게 보입니다. 어떠한 환경에서도 객관적인 컬러를 식별 할 수 있도록 흰색 세라믹 받침에 자석이 달린 유리잔을 부착하는 새로운 방식을 적용했습니다. 그것에 추가적으로 세라믹 받침 윗면에서 정확한 컬러인식이 가능한 LED를 은은하게 투과시켜 어두운 장소에서도 와인의 컬러를 정확하게 바라보고 즐길 수 있도록 기계적 장치를 추가했습니다.

By placing a touch button on the bottom of the wine tray, the light can only be used if the user wants it. When receiving wine service, I induced to enjoy the light naturally by holding the bottom of the wine glass with my hand.
와인 받침 아래쪽에 터치 버튼을 위치시켜 사용자가 원할 경우에만 빛을 사용 할 수 있습니다. 와인을 서비스 받을때 와인잔 바닥을 손으로 잡으면서 자연스럽게 빛을 즐기도록 유도했습니다.
Objectivity allows wireless charging. The battery and lighting are located in a 14mm wine glass column, and it can be used for more than a week on a single charge. An anti-slip silicone pad is applied to the underside.
Objectivity는 무선충전이 가능합니다. 14mm의 와인잔 기둥안에 배터리와 조명이 위치해있으며 한번 완충에 일주일 이상 사용 가능합니다. 아랫면은 미끄러움 방지 실리콘 패드를 적용했습니다.
When managing the product, only the upper glass part is removed and washed. It can be combined with various types of wine glasses that are newly developed in the future. It is firmly fixed using a strong magnet, so it is not dangerous when shaking the wine glass, and it even plays a role of fixing (filter) the metal impurities in the wine.
제품 관리시 위쪽 유리잔 파트만 분리하여 세척합니다. 추후 새롭게 개발되는 다양한 형태의 와인잔과 조합이 가능합니다. 강력 자석을 활용해 단단히 고정시켜 와인잔을 흔들때 위험하지 않으며 와인의 금속 불순물을 고정(필터)시키는 역할까지 수행합니다.
Wine brings happiness to our lives in many ways. The pleasure of wine should not be traded for its fame or price. Anyone who cares only about how much money is spent on wine will find satisfaction only in gorgeous wine.
People who are not complacent with the present and are full of curiosity have the flexibility to try new wines and discover various beauties. Let's all observe our surroundings with sparkling eyes, embrace new things, and enjoy life more pleasantly.
와인은 우리의 삶에서 다양한 방법으로 행복을 줍니다. 와인이 주는 즐거움을 와인의 유명세나 가격과 맞바꾸어서는 안됩니다. 와인에 얼마나 돈을 썼는지에만 관심을 두는 사람은 오직 화려한 와인에서만 만족감을 느끼겠지요. 현재에 안주하지 않고 호기심이 가득한 사람은 새로운 와인에 도전하고 다양한 아름다움을 발견하는 유연함을 가지고 있습니다.
우리 모두 반짝이는 눈을 가지고 주위를 관찰하며 새로운 것을 받아들이면서 더 즐거운 삶을 즐깁시다.
