The gorgeous get-away property seen on last night’s episode of the Bravo franchise can be had, as long as you’re able to shell-out the $12,500 per night asking price. Mauricio Umansky—husband to original RHOBH cast member Kyle Richards and owner of The Agency, the real estate firm where the rental’s listing is held—remarked on the episode that the house is one of his favorite homes in Aspen.
The luxurious 2018-build is a perfectly blended mix of contemporary glamor and traditional Western-style architectural elements. Modern chandeliers hang from the kitchen and bedrooms, while custom millwork from Europe on high-beam ceilings, built-in cabinetry, and paneled flooring all finished in the same raw, blonde wood, evoke cabin-like aesthetics throughout.

Anyone wanting to enjoy all that downtown Aspen has to offer will be pleased with the rental’s location which is a mere four blocks from all of the action. But if the plan is to simply cozy-up inside during a snowstorm, there’ll be lots of places to snuggle as the home boasts several lounge areas, each outfitted with trendy plush furniture, and a total of four fireplaces. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in, fur-covered headboards, and the main bedroom includes an attached deck.

The open-plan living area boasts a gourmet kitchen with black stone countertops and a sitting room, both of which allow spectacular views of Shadow Mountain and ample natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. At the basement level are five of the home’s bedrooms, a game room, and a theater, complete with a contemporary wine cellar to store all the wine needed to party like a Real Housewife.
Other indulgent features include an elevator which hits all three floors, a gym, and a walk-out patio with a custom gas grill and private hot tub off the living area
