The Hollywood Bowl renovation project and Menlo-Atherton Performing Arts Center and CalArts Wild Beast Pavilion and Jesuit High School Chapel and Nashville Ascend Amphitheater all won various awards. The team currently works on two projects which involve renovating Robert Frost Auditorium in Culver City and developing a mixed-use space in West Hollywood. H+F has been honored with both the AIA Gold Medal and the AIA CC Firm of the Year Award. Fung serves at SCI-Arc as a Distinguished Faculty member after teaching at both Yale and Ohio State and Cal Poly Pomona. The discussion presents high-profile projects and design philosophy elements\, but it does not investigate experimental and speculative design methods because it focuses on completed projects. The lecture demonstrates architectural discipline through its process development and design development and building complex systems\, which shows how architects implement their design ideas to create physical structures\, but it does not connect with larger theoretical concepts or urban design principles. ConclusionHsinming Fung\, who has deep knowledge about designing important cultural buildings\, will use this lecture to share his architectural knowledge through his expertise in both architectural design and technical innovation. The public can attend this event at no cost\, which will show them how one leading modern architectural firm operates and what they believe and how their work has influenced society.
