Lover of design and the arts, take note! January 19–28, 2024, will see the return of the DesignTO Festival! Celebrate design and art in person and online at locations all over Toronto.
Entering its fourteenth year, Canada’s preeminent and most extensive yearly design festival will feature more than a hundred complimentary exhibitions, installations, and activities featuring artists and designers across many fields. You’ll want to start organizing your Festival Week right away because it offers audacious and ambitious design concepts that address issues like city development, technology, ethics and social justice, sustainability, and the climate catastrophe.
Since its establishment in 2011, the Festival has been bringing art and design out of the studio and into the city, turning Toronto into a creative hotspot, and uniting people to design a better future—one that is more happy, equitable, and sustainable.
Through its outstanding and easily accessible public programs, DesignTO engages the community, promotes modern culture, and offers opportunities for up-and-coming talent. Toronto’s Design Week is organized by DesignTO, a non-profit arts group that also organizes Canada’s largest yearly design festival.
