Company Culture + Design Ethos
This is an opportunity to join a global multi-D with an ethos that’s truly “people first”. This translates into everything, from what is widely acknowledged to be a great internal culture, to their design approach which is focused on making environments that promote happiness and wellbeing.

This company loves to make a difference. They work on a wide range of projects, but put experiential design at the heart of everything they do, focusing their efforts on the impact of design in improving the lives of everyday users.

We asked one of their long term employees (and this firm has very low turnover) what the top 3 reasons they’re still working for this company are.

They told us:

  • “You have an opportunity to really grow and develop your career in a supportive environment”
  • “The company cares about important issues like climate change, wellbeing and diversity & inclusion so there is a lot going on with those”
  • “There’s a lot of flexibility and benefits they provide which makes it a secure place to work and they support working patterns that suit everyone.”
