An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mackintosh School of Architecture for a Studio Tutor (0.2FTE) to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic studio tutor to be part of the existing Studio Teaching Teams across our validated programmes.
The main duties of the role(s) are to help to devise and deliver studio projects in conjunction with the Stage Leader and studio team, provide specialist teaching input through development and delivery of studio inputs, seminars and lectures as appropriate, set and assess work and provide feedback to students on progress and provide pastoral care to students.
Candidates should have excellent design and communication skills, evidence of critically informed architectural practice and experience of teaching at degree level.
You will be a qualified architect with significant contemporary experience in practice, architectural education and experience in research.
