City Square Reconstruction

HISTORICAL NOTE

Project of church created by architect John Clark in 1818, but, of course, it was considerably modified during its adaptation.

After the establishment of Soviet power in the city began the repression against the Religion. At the end of 1937 the church was closed and demolished in 1940.
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————-Праект касцёла быў першапачаткова створаны архітэктарам Джонам Кларкам ў 1818 годзе, але быў узведзены са зменамі па прычыне адаптацыі.
Пасля ўсталявання Савецкай Улады ў горадзе пачаліся рэпрэсіі супраць Хрысціянства. У канцы 1937-го года касцёл быў зачынены, а ў 1940-ым цалкам зруйнаваны.

SQUARE RECONSTRUCTION CONCEPT

The integration of the new building (the church) requires improvement of its territory and reorganization of square in many ways. I hope you like our project!

Першыя думкі па рэканструкцыі плошчы з'явіліся падчас працы над узнаўленнем касцёла ў 3D. Інтэграцыя новага будынка (касцёла), добраўпарадкавання яго тэрыторыі патрабуе рэарганізацыі прасторы ў многіх аспектах, што ў выніку прывяло да ўнясення шматлікіх змен на ўсёй тэрыторыі плошчы.
