Now priced at $19.9 million, the contemporary European-style villa will still reap a solid profit if it sells for anywhere near that price, seeing as the duo bought the 1.1-acre property for $13.5 million in 2018.
The home was originally built in 1971 but was completely overhauled in 2016, shortly before the A-listers added it to their already impressive real estate portfolios. Nestled at the end of a long gated driveway, the two-story residence offers six bedrooms and nine bathrooms across 9,680 square feet of interior living space, plus a guest house with an additional bedroom and bathroom.
