Summer preparation looks different for everyone. For some it’s merely a change of wardrobe, but for Luann de Lesseps (known to fans as Countess Luann), the arrival of summer 2022 means needing to find a renter for her Hamptons home. According to the New York Post, the reality TV star and former countess has listed her beach spot in the town of Sag Harbor for the months of July and August.
De Lesseps is asking $95,000 and $110,000 for the summer months respectively—or $195,000 if a renter opts for a two month stay. The Real Housewives of New York City star has owned the four bedroom, four bathroom property for nearly 10 years now, and even offered a tour of the property to Architectural Digest in 2017 once she’d completed her renovations. The process was just as much about conserving what was already impressive about the 19th century Greek Revival property as it was about improvement.

“I bought the house four years ago now. I found it through a girlfriend of mine who is a broker,” de Lesseps told AD in 2017, explaining how she discovered the 2,500 square foot home. “A couple of margaritas later, we go to the house. It was early fall, and I walk onto the property and say: ‘Oh my god, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for.’” (As RHONY fans know, she has since given up alcohol and now has her own non-alcoholic sparkling wine called Countess Luann’s Fosé Rosé .)
The waterfront home is a picturesque summertime spot, with a large deck on the lawn, a dock available on the property, and mature trees that provide shade for much of the outdoor space.
