Adrem Group: Project Architect – Prominent International Studio
A studio renowned for the design and delivery of state-of-the-art projects across the globe is now on the hunt for a Project Architect to join their award-winning team here in London.
The studio is working on a complex mixed-use development in Central London, made up of residential, mixed-use, workplace and laboratory typologies.
We are looking for individuals well equipped to work on complex cutting-edge projects. This is a BIM Level 2 project environment and as such, Revit software proficiency is essential.
Prospective applicants must be able to demonstrate experience working on UK projects valued in excess of £40M (construction value), within at least one of the following sectors:
- Mixed-Use
- Commercial / Workplace (ideally including towers)
- Healthcare
- Research / Laboratory
Those that can demonstrate additional experience working on international + BIM Level 2 projects will be at a distinct advantage, although this is not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that are interested in implementing research in live project environments.
The studio has fully adopted flexible working and operate 3 days in the office with 2 days working from home – those that wish to work in the office 4-5 days a week are welcome to do so.
