Adrem Group: Project Architect – Urban Regeneration + Masterplanning
A multi award-winning design studio boasting a beautiful portfolio of completed projects is initiating a period of practice growth, following the successful appointment on several UK placemaking, regeneration and masterplanning schemes.
This studio is renowned for their ability to create intricate designs that rejuvenate communities & their surrounding environments.
We have 2 opportunities available for qualified architects with experience designing large scale residential / mixed-use regeneration projects.
You will gain immediate exposure to one of two mixed-use masterplanning / placemaking schemes. These projects include a range of housing, workplace, mixed-use, hospitality and public spaces.
Those that can demonstrate experience working with housing associations or alternatively experience working on high-density projects, from BTR + PRS through to Towers + Mixed-Use schemes, will be at a distinct advantage. The initial focus will be on earlier concept-planning stages (0-3), but the studio works inception through to completion and as such, longer-term construction stage experience will be available.
Requirements:
- Revit software experience is highly desired, applicants that can demonstrate front-end design or strategic masterplanning skills will be provided Revit training
- Demonstrable UK project experience, namely large scale housing / placemaking project experience is essential – multi-unit BTR, modular or Tower projects highly desired
- Minimum of 4-6 years post RIBA Part III / ARB accreditation experience
- Right to live + work in the UK without restrictions
