The School of The Built Environment and Architecture is at the forefront of the new Higher and Degree Apprenticeship delivery. We are seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Reviewer to work within the school, liaising with employers and academics to provide coaching and support to apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they will need to successfully complete their apprenticeship.

About You:

To be successful as the Apprenticeship Skills Reviewer you will be an excellent communicator with experience of coaching and/or mentoring. You will be comfortable working independently and have excellent organisational and time management skills.  A qualification related to the built environment (construction, architecture or civil and building services engineering), and industry experience would be an advantage. This is an exciting new opportunity to gain experience within the Higher Education sector.

Details about the role:

This will be a full-time permanent contract. The basic working week will be 35 hours, worked from Monday to Friday; 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break each day. 

Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
