Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team on key retrofit projects throughout all stages.
- Conceptualise and develop design ideas.
- Produce planning and technical information using Revit.
- Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage communication.
- Coordinate with external consultants and authorities.
- Oversee the production of drawing information.
Qualifications:
- Part III qualified or equivalent with a strong academic and professional background.
- Demonstrated interest in adaptive reuse and sustainability.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing critical thinking, thorough design analysis, and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for your work, with a desire to advance your career.
- Client-facing and project management experience (for senior architects).
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred but not essential.
