A London developer known for their one off schemes is looking to hire an experienced architect at management level. Key Responsibilities
- Work one off residential projects.
- Report to design director on programme.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across interior architect, interior design and FF+E.
- Oversee production of planning information, reports and technical documentation.
- Liaise with high profile clients, authorities and consultants.
- Help to grow the company profile.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified Part III architect with significant experience across RIBA stages 1-7.
- Experience working on quality residential schemes for HNW clients often involving complex refurbishment, extension or basement excavation.
- Design-focused and passion for contemporary detailing and materials with a portfolio of projects of the highest quality.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and keep a real rigour and professionalism to the level of output and service.
