Initially this will be a project based design lead role for their newest sure to be published scheme. This will be a leisure/hospitality project, a background and links to this sector are a must. You will be working closely with the top Principle in charge to deliver a high quality scheme that will be a shining star in their already award winning portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the design team and leading the project to ensure a successful design solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an elite team of architectural designers
- Manage all sub contractors and consultants within the design phase
- Contribute to the wider design ethos of the office
Skills + Experience
- Demonstrate a portfolio of high quality hotel/hospitality projects
- Experienced in the Middle East welcomed
- Rhino experience appreciated.
