An established architectural practice is urgently seeking a qualified Architect with at least 1 year of post-Part III experience (or a highly responsible Architectural Assistant). They need a motivated, organised problem-solver who thrives on delivering practical solutions, primarily in commercial (retail/logistics) and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects across RIBA stages, liaising with clients and consultants.
- Oversee project finances, schedules, and resources.
- Support team members and contribute to practice growth.
Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect or experienced Architectural Assistant.
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills (SketchUp is a plus).
- Experience in commercial and residential sectors.
- UK-based with the right to work here permanently.
