An emerging and innovative practice in Central London is looking for a Senior Architect or Associate with 5+ years qualified experience to join their team. You’ll come from a design-led background and have proven experience leading projects and teams, with demonstrable client-facing experience and able to handle resources, fees and other managerial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design development with the team and detailed design development across all RIBA stages.
- Strive for design excellence, continuing the high standards of the practice and get the best out of the team.
- Liaise with the client and maintain good relationships for continued and repeat work.
- Exhibit technical expertise across all aspects of a project.
- Understanding of the design and construction process.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with minimum 5-8 years post qualification experience.
- From a design-focused background and experience working on high-quality projects.
- Mixed-use / residential project experience required and hospitality experience desirable.
- Demonstrable experience working through all stages with a rigorous approach to technical stages of schemes.
- Experience liaising with high profile clients.
- Good working knowledge of Revit is required.
- Communication skills with the team, client, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
