Frame are partnered with a prestigious AJ100 Architecture studio with multiple offices across the UK, who are currently expanding our team in our London studio. We are seeking a talented and motivated ARB Architect to join us on a full time permanent basis to work on some award winning projects.

Job Title: ARB Architect

Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working post probation)

Salary: £34,000 – £47,000 per annum 

Key Requirements:

  • Registered with the ARB (Architects Registration Board)
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Demonstrated experience in UK project architecture
  • Experience in UK and European Leisure, Commercial, and Residential projects
  • Focus on RIBA stages 2-3, including feasibility and planning stages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project teams to develop innovative architectural designs
  • Contribute to feasibility studies and planning applications
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects adhere to relevant building regulations and codes
  • Participate in design reviews and client presentations

Qualifications:

  • ARB registration with a valid UK license to practice architecture
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Proven experience in UK project architecture
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and technical skills
  • Knowledge of UK and European building regulations and planning processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

This is a permanent role with a salary ranging from £34,000 to £47,000, depending on experience and qualifications. After the probation period, hybrid working options will be available.
