This is for a prestigious architecture studio in Manchester renowned for its innovative designs and commitment to excellence across a variety of sectors. We specialise in large-scale Leisure, Healthcare and Commercial projects, and they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to contribute to their ambitious portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in a collaborative environment that values creativity and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Lead the technical design process for large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Utilize your job-running experience to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and ensure quality control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician with a strong portfolio, particularly in large-scale commercial, leisure, or healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
  • Demonstrated job-running experience and the ability to manage projects effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
