You should be highly proficient in Revit and have experience working on RIBA Stages 3-4, with some exposure to Stage 5. You should be able to think critically and solve problems, as the firm values creative solutions. Experience or knowledge of fire-stopping products is of particular interest.

Key Requirements:
- 10 years’ experience (Technician, Technologist, or Technical Architect)
- Revit proficiency – essential for this role
- Strong background in RIBA Stages 3-4, with some Stage 5
- Ideally experience working on Aviation projects
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects if no Aviation experience (sectors like Leisure, or Commercial or Mixed-Use are preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of providing tailored solutions
- Knowledge of fire-stopping products is a bonus

- Salary: £45-50k for a permanent role
- Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
