Hays are working with a major UK Architecture Practice, to assist them in recruiting an Associate for their London office. They are a forward-thinking AJ100 practice, with multiple offices in the UK and Europe. Their sectors include Data-Centres, Commercial Offices, Retail, and Hospitality. The London studio has around 70 staff based in their fantastic office space in Shoreditch. They have a progressive culture, evident in their working policies, and exciting plans for further expansion in the coming years, for which they are seeking a new associate to be a part of.
Data centre experience would be ideal, but projects across larger scale commercial schemes would also be suitable. Communication and team-leading skills are crucial for this appointment, and they are seeking a confident leader with a positive approach, who is able to influence clients, find and execute solutions to challenging BIM-driven projects, and guide a growing team.
Data-Centres are a major offering of the studio and central to the company strategy, with a portfolio that is going from strength to strength. This is a great opening for an ambitious individual, who is looking for a job opportunity that has both challenge and reward, but one which they can make their own from day one.
They are a vibrant organisation with a forward-thinking approach to their culture and staff well-being. The role would be offered on a hybrid basis, with staff typically working from home up to 3 days per week. They also offer flexible hours, and an early Friday finish, every week, for all staff.
