Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Engagement: Develop and deliver a comprehensive employer engagement strategy to expand our network and increase employer participation in apprenticeship programs.
- Apprenticeship Recruitment: Collaborate with curriculum areas to develop and market a variety of apprenticeship programs and progression options for students.
- Curriculum Design: Stay updated with national sector developments, new standards, and course advancements. Implement innovative delivery strategies to ensure our curriculum remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Staff/Performance/Financial Management: Set and monitor ambitious targets for volume, finances, and quality. Take proactive measures to address any underperformance.
- Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor an annual Quality Improvement Plan to maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recognised Teaching and Assessor qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of apprenticeships and wider work-based learning (WBL) products
- Management experience, ideally in work-based learning
- Strong commitment to apprenticeship and other work-based learning routes
- Excellent collaboration skills and a creative approach to program delivery
