The Role:
A successful and established mid-sized architecture and interior design studio based in West London is seeking an experienced Architectural Revit Technician to join their hospitality and commercial department.
Our client is a multi-sector studio working on projects such as residential developments, hotels, workplaces and food and beverage spaces. Therefore, they seek someone with sound knowledge of Revit to assist the technical team in the transition. You will work in a team of 15 in the initial stages of adopting Revit whilst working in parallel with ArchiCAD.
The studio offers hybrid working options and other great company benefits, such as weekly social gatherings and company outings.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of practice experience using Revit
- Experience across RIBA stages 3 and 4
- Be capable of coordinating and drawing packages in conjunction with the other design consultants and working collaboratively within a technical team.
- Basic hand-sketching skills
- Able to clearly communicate ideas and concepts
- Knowledge of building regulations and BREEAM standards
