Boutique Planning and Architectural Design practice known for designing bespoke small-medium residential developments urgently requires AutoCAD Technicians, Technical Package Architects or Part II Assistants to support one of their main contractor clients on a large commercial office workplace project that is currently onsite in London.
This smaller practice offers a professional, inclusive, and collaborative studio environment in quite a cool barn conversion office workplace in Sussex.
Due to an increased pipeline of work, there is an urgent need to hire 2x experienced AutoCAD Technicians, Technical Package Architects or Part II Assistants to produce technical working drawings and details for interior doors, ceilings, partitions, junctions, staircases, and balustrades etc.
We are urgently seeking 2x experienced AutoCAD Technicians, Technical Package Architects or Part II Assistants with proficient AutoCAD drafting skills and proven experience of detailing interior package works within any sector as mentioned above.
Please note that this client needs 2x AutoCAD Technicians, Technical Package Architects or Part II Assistants to start at the beginning of October for a period of 2-3 months initially, therefore we can only consider applicants with immediate availability, or who can start in the 1st week or possibly 2nd week of October.
This client can accept LTD or PAYE contract models and offers hybrid working 3 days at home and 2 days working in their Sussex office, however more remote working could also be considered if required.
