This award winning globally recognised Retail and Office Workplace specialist architecture practice based in the East Central London is urgently seeking as experienced Package Architect or Senior Revit Technician to assist on a flagship Retail store and a large newbuild Office Workplace building.
This practice is known for designing people-cantered beautiful and fun contemporary spaces for a range of clients focussing on connecting people better, happiness, well-being and productivity whilst also meeting the needs of sustainable development guidelines. Despite being a global practice, they still have that ‘family-feel’ and actively promote working in their offices but can also accommodate hybrid modes for staff requiring more flexibility.
The successful Package Architect or Senior Revit Technician will be required to assist the design teams on RIBA stages 3 & 4 components of a flagship Retail store and a large newbuild Office Workplace building that will require producing working drawings, details, furniture details, staircases, partitions, and other joinery etc. These projects will be 70-80% focused on interiors and 20-30% focused on architecture and facades.
Package Architects and Senior Revit Technicians applying must have proven experience of working on interiors projects individually and within a team environment.
Package Architects and Senior Revit Technicians must be commercially competent and able to hit the ground running on Revit, someone with modelling capability who also understands how to document the build in Revit.

The initial contract duration is for 3-6 Months and could easily be extended.
