Architect Job: White Space: Revit literate Project Architect for established mid-size commercial practice

Qualified and experienced senior level Architects required for leafy south west London office

This 30+ year established architectural practice is seeking two agile and dynamic experienced architects to support their growing busy office.

The role will involve providing a seamless service through all stages of the project, including brief development, client facing, concept design, planning & tender preparation and when required, working closely with the contractors, subcontractors and tenants to finalise all construction information required for the delivery of a high-quality project. 

The perfect candidate for these roles would be confident in a client facing position with excellent communication skills both in person and online. You would also have strong design and technical skills with a problem-solving approach to your work. Ideally you would also possess experience in Contractor and Subcontractors liaison in the design and build sector, a good knowledge of UK building regulations and experience in UK based construction projects would also be looked favourably upon.

Some key skills you must possess in order to be considered for this role are:

• Be a UK registered Architect (ARB / RIBA)
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) (Project set-up, Modelling, Drawings, Details, Families and Templates).
• BIM level 2 delivery experience in a design and building environment would be a plus.
• AutoCAD / Photoshop / Sketchup / InDesign experience would be beneficial.
