This medium sized leading international urban design and architectural practice based in SE1 urgently need Senior Architectural Assistants, Technologists/Technicians and Architects to bolster their design teams working on large-scale and mid-rise residential schemes, on detailed design stages right through to construction, on a contract basis.
Employing more than 40 people, this design practice offers a fast-paced busy environment where experienced Senior Architectural Assistants, Technologists/Technicians and Architects will be expected to simply ‘plug-in, take a brief and get running’, without requiring too much support or hand holding.
Successful Part ll Architectural Assistants, Senior Architectural Assistants, Technologists/Technicians, and Architects will be tasked with working on numerous mid-rise and large-scale residential schemes working on RIBA stages 3-7.
White Space are looking for experienced Part ll Architectural Assistants, Senior Architectural Assistants, Technologists/Technicians, and Architects with proven experience of working on mid-rise or large-scale residential schemes, and have good solid Revit skills used on detailed design and technical stages within other practices.
Please note that these positions are urgent, and this client can only consider Part ll Architectural Assistants, Senior Architectural Assistants, Technologists/Technicians, and Architects who are immediately available or can make themselves available within 1-2 weeks’ time.
This client offers options for working in the office 5 days, hybrid or fully remote depending on your requirements.
