This market leading globally renowned transportation architecture practice is urgently seeking additional experienced Senior Assistants, Architects and Senior Architects to support an extensive portfolio of new and exciting medium-large scale rail and aviation projects.
With over 160 employees, this top international practice offers a collaborative relaxed environment with exposure to large diverse teams where management are fully involved on all projects, there is no hierarchy, everyone has a voice and they follow structured daily stand-ups with project timescales ranging several weeks to months, depending on project complexity.
White Space are urgently seeking experienced Senior Assistants, Architects and Senior Architects with good Revit proficiency and proven experience of working on a range of medium to large scale projects, typically on RIBA stages 3-5, to support these new Aviation and Rail projects that require assistance in detailed design and site stages. Aviation or Rail experience would be a bonus, but this is not essential.
Please note that these positions are quite urgent and therefore we can only consider Senior Assistants, Architects and Senior Architects who are either immediately available or have a short notice period of up to 4 weeks.
This client is offering 6 Month Fixed Term PAYE Contracts and/or Hourly rate PAYE contract models.
Typically, this client offers hybrid working, 3 days in their SE1 office and 2 days from home, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
