freshfishery Karasumi 從阿公那一代就開始在台中建國市場賣漁貨也是最早開始的幾家漁貨商之一，2018年第三代成立了漁事所品牌，希望將美味的漁貨傳遞到更多的地方。漁事所烏魚子，用心挑選來自台灣外海的野生烏魚，在雲林口湖，手工製作出漂亮且厚度達1.5公分的飽滿烏魚子，並用2倍時間，日曬熟成出無腥味、不死鹹的爽口風味。堅持在客人下單之後，才以傳統手工炭烤新鮮烏魚子，也因此烤出焦香且綿密彈牙的口感，最後用真空冷凍包裝出貨，維持新鮮美味。烏魚素有「海上烏金」的美稱，這次設計也以烏金做為視覺呈現。由於皆是冷凍包裝出貨，在包裝上選用了耐水的紙張，同時兼顧禮盒的質地。形式上希望可以降低出貨手工包裝的繁雜度，以一個刀模共用在不同品項，藉由貼紙顏色分類呈現，藍色為四兩、六兩、八兩的碳烤烏魚子，橘色為一口吃碳烤烏魚子。Year : 2021Client :漁事所烏魚子CD: Huang Chi TengAD&D : Ho Wan Chun
