In 1764 by the edict of Catherine the Nice an armory staff was created which was manufacturing and fixing varied varieties of weapons. On the identical time Arsenal plant was established. After 275 years, on the spot of one of many former manufactories a cultural manufacturing facility appeared – Arsenal XXII – an artwork heart and platform for inventive collaborations.
It’s a cellar room which demanded severe work previous to even begin fascinated by design – taking rubbish away, growing all utility traces from scratch, drying all of the dampness.
We set ourselves the duty of preserving the prevailing structure, previous partitions and bricks to the utmost. That’s why the sunshine turned the principle instrument of the design, creating varied situation for pastime.

In our newly created constructions, we frequently use arcs: we took this motif from constructing’s façade following the form of home windows and doorways. ​​​​​​​
