A boutique multi award-winning studio with is looking for an experienced architect to join the team. You would have the opportunity to develop creative design ideas and bring projects to life from competition to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day project lead on one-off medium sized projects, at present from stages 4-6.
- Lead the collaboration and interrogation of design ideas through technical design and delivery, ensuring a high standard throughout
- Lead client, design team meetings and coordination.
- Production of technical and construction information in Vectorworks.
- Supervise works on site.
Skills and Experience
- ARB registered architect with experience of delivering high-quality projects in the UK.
- Experience in a client-facing and coordination role with the ability to lead a small team and manage workloads.
- Have a good eye for design, This is a studio which pushes the boundaries and engages in thought-provoking art and architecture.
- An understanding or passion for digital fabrication would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks.
- Advanced hand drawing, physical and digital modelling skills in Rhino. Knowledge of Grasshopper would be an advantageous.
- A team player with the desire to grow and inspire success in others in a fast paced and multifaceted role.
