An emerging London-based practice of vibrant architects and designers are looking for talented Part IIs and recent Part IIIs to join the team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing studio, who focus on creating high-quality, well-crafted contemporary projects. They have an excellent portfolio of private residential projects and are expanding into other sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Project lead/ job-run on a range of high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages.
- Liaise with the client, the local authority, contractors and consultants.
- Production of information in Vectorworks.
Skills and Experience
- Experienced PartII or fully qualified PartIII with a strong career record and demonstrable UK job-running experience, ideally on high-end housing projects or high-end workplace projects.
- Client-facing and coordination experience.
- An excellent eye for design, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate.
- Meticulous eye for design, detailing and appreciation of craftsmanship and materials.
- Excellent command of Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Suite.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Confident within working in a small team.
