Prestigious design studio in north London is looking for a technically capable architect too lead a variety of UK projects across. Established in the early 80s, they have had steady growth across the team, employing interior designers as well as architects and winning awards in most sectors. You will be learning from some of the best in the industry with the opportunity to deliver well crafted commercial and residential projects for key developers. This 70 person practice have excellent support systems in place and a large social calendar. If you are an experienced architect with a technical bias revit and are looking to commit long-term to an award-winning stable practice, this could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team on local projects 30mill+
- Oversee and manage the production of information in revit.
- Coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Supervise works on site.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified Part III architect (technologists will also be considered) with experience UK-based mixed use, workplace or residential projects circa 30 million+.
- Good technical knowledge with substantial experience post stage 4.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Revit ideal.
- Experience on site with contractors and consultants.
