Christina Ricci’s real estate portfolio could certainly be described as diverse. The Yellowjackets star has owned various properties ranging from the highly distinctive Samuel-Novarro House, an architectural landmark designed by Frank Lloyd Wright’s son, to a humble Fort Greene townhouse near the bustling Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The actor, who first received widespread acclaim in 1991 for her role as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family, just put the latter on the market for $2.4 million, according to Dirt.

Ricci acquired the semi-detached two-family Brooklyn townhouse in 2015 for 1.995 million. Today, the 2,205-square-foot home remains split up into two units: a smaller one-bedroom, one-bath garden-level apartment and a two-story three-bedroom, two-bath upper unit.

Although it has undergone renovations and modern upgrades like central cooling and heat, the 1901-built structure still has some of its historic architectural charms, like parquet floors and original fireplace details. Both units have access to a classic Brooklyn backyard—a fenced-in rectangular stretch of grass with pleasant but minimal landscaping.

On the garden level, a modern kitchen shares an open floor plan with the living room and the newly redone bathroom has a window (an NYC rarity). The upper level’s parlor floor has eleven-foot-tall ceilings and a fairly sizable kitchen with two sinks and a granite-topped island providing additional counter space. An additional faucet for filling pots is conveniently mounted against tin backsplash above the stove. The dining room connects to the sun-filled living space, which enjoys a gas fireplace and some original millwork. Two full-sized bedrooms and one minuscule one better suited as an office make up the top floor.

It’s not clear when the Buffalo ‘66 star last resided in the townhouse, as both units are currently rented by tenants. The garden level was available in 2019 for $2,700 per month, and the upper unit was available for $4,700 per month in 2020.
