The Denver Affordable Housing Challenge is an international architecture competition launched by AIA Colorado, the City and County of Denver, and Buildner. It marks the 19th edition in Buildner’s renowned Affordable Housing Challenge series. This initiative invites architects, urban designers, and planners worldwide to reimagine affordable housing for Denver—not just to meet the city’s growing housing needs, but to elevate its neighborhoods through innovation and inclusive design.
