HI Design ASIA 2023

Highly respected by key decision-makers and treasured by its attendees, HI Design ASIA 2023 is an unparalleled event for hospitality interior design. An ideal hub for Asia’s senior design community, hotel groups, designers, and developers alike, the event is packed with networking opportunities and showcases the latest FF&E suppliers.

Gather the entirety of Asia’s senior hospitality interior design community in one harmonious space. Networking, transacting, and enjoying leisure activities – that is HI Design ASIA 2023. With hotel groups, interior designers, procurement experts, and developers joining the world’s finest FF&E suppliers – it will be a spectacular location.

Buyer delegates comprise of Senior Interior Architects and Designers from Architectural/Interior Design practices. Also, Corporate Directors of Architecture and Design from leading Hotel Groups. Invitations are offered only to those with a minimum of four confirmed hospitality interior projects in the region.

Only Senior Interior Architects and Designers from Architectural/Interior Design practices, and Corporate Directors of Architecture and Design from major Hotel Groups who possess at least four proven hospitality interior projects in the region will be extended invitations to join the Buyer delegation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

One month before our event, you’ll have the opportunity to review the profiles of all the attendees. Then, you’ll be able to select the 20 potential buyers or suppliers you’d like to meet. After everyone’s requests are processed through our system, you’ll receive your provisional meeting schedule for final approval. Over the course of two business days we’ll have four meeting sessions. Each happening at a distinct, numbered table set aside for suppliers. These 20-minute meetings will be 1-to-1 and exclusive, with a five-minute break after each.

At our Supplier Showcase event, Suppliers have the opportunity to display their products in a tabletops exhibit. This introduction element will be available for the entire length of the event and will be open for one hour on the first business day. Hotel Designers must be able to physically touch and feel the items to get a real sense of them. Photos and specifications are often a good starting point, but seeing the products in-person is essential for excitement. The Showcase gives Suppliers a chance to introduce their products to Buyers they may not have a scheduled meeting with. Also, provides Buyers with access to all of the information they need.
