Traces: Exploring the Spirit and History Embedded in Buildings

We are thrilled to present Edmund Sumner’s solo exhibition in London, December 6–19, at Albumen Gallery. “Traces” features a selection of Edmund Sumner’s architectural photographs taken on four continents throughout the world.

“The actual building or architectural structure is really just the starting point in the creative process of the images,” stated Stephan Schmid, Director of Albumen Gallery. Edmund Sumner’s architectural photography produces visually striking histograms that effectively convey the historical and spiritual remnants of buildings.”
