Fincas Blanco real estate office // Sincro

In this project, it has been redesigned the corporate image of the offices of Fincas Blanco, a real estate company in Barcelona.

With more than 15 years of existence an update of the image of the offices was needed, because as everyone knows “the first impression is what counts”.

The aim of the project was to look for a new design to transmit a more current image and offer a better service in the visits and meetings received in its facilities.

The design was focused on achieving a visual and more open and functional distribution thanks to the glazed partition walls which separate the different environments.
About the decoration, the Nordic style has been chosen through the use of wood that brings warmth, along with the minimalism of white; To highlight, the structures made with wooden slats that make the dividing, giving character and personality to the decoration at the same time.
