The Red Sea Global Company (RSG) continues to make significant progress in the implementation of the Grand Hyatt Red Sea Resort and Hotel project, one of the most prominent luxury hotel projects on Shura Island.

Shura Island is the largest island in the first phase of the Red Sea Destination Project, one of the most important sustainable tourism projects within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Grand Hyatt represents a qualitative leap in the field of luxury hospitality development, not only in terms of location and design, but also through its reliance on the latest construction technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), for which the company recently won a prestigious international award.

Shura Island: The Pulsating Heart of the Project

Shura Island, on which the Grand Hyatt Resort is located, is the largest island in the project and hosts a group of the finest and most luxurious international hotels and resorts. It is distinguished by its diverse natural terrain, from pristine beaches and coral reefs to a unique marine environment.

According to the plans, Shura will include 11 hotels upon completion, along with a world-class marina, an international airport, and a central district featuring retail, restaurants, and integrated entertainment facilities.

Advanced Technical Achievements

In its recent statement, the Red Sea International Company revealed the use of advanced BIM technology 100% from project design to implementation, helping reduce construction waste, accelerate construction phases, and ensure quality in every detail.

The project was built using high-precision 3D digital models, which helped reduce engineering errors and lower costs. It also enabled multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effectively from anywhere in the world.

This excellence was crowned by Grand Hyatt Red Sea receiving the 2023 Autodesk AEC Excellence Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the field of construction technology.

Grand Hyatt’s excellence is not limited to technology; it also includes a deep commitment to sustainability standards. Anticipated opening in the first phase

Grand Hyatt Red Sea is expected to open in conjunction with the first phase of the Red Sea Destination project at the end of 2025.
