Architect – Mixed sector – Job running opportunities
Your new company
A small practice based in Leicester City Centre, specialising in domestic and commercial spaces. The practice offers full RIBA work stages from inception to completion for clients across the UK.
Your new role
An exciting opportunity to join this small team due to continued growth, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from initial conception right through to being on site. You will work in a collaborative working environment, with projects ranging from domestic extensions and refurbishments, through to commercial projects and multi-unit residential schemes.
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 4/5 years post Part III experience, with experience working across all RIBA stages. You will possess good AutoCAD skills, with good levels of technical ability as well as demonstrating design flair. While specific industry/sector experience isn’t essential, being able to demonstrate a range of sector work would be beneficial. Previous job running experience would be beneficial but again is not essential – what is most important is a positive attitude and a desire to create spaces which will benefit the end user.
What you’ll get in return
You will receive a salary of circa £35,000 + benefits (depending on experience), as well as the opportunity for progression where appropriate. As a small practice there is good flexibility in terms of the range of projects you will be involved with, as well as being a highly collaborative and enjoyable working environment.
