Karndean Designflooring introduces an expansive addition to its Art Select collection, featuring 39 new vinyl flooring designs inspired by coveted wood and stone types.
Diverse Inspirations
The Art Select collection pays homage to natural landscapes and architectural materials. New designs include European oak, English ash wood, and recreations of luxurious stones like marble, onyx, and rustic Ceppo di Gré terrazzo.
Versatile Options
Each tile is available in a variety of colours and sizes, including innovative formats like slimlink planks, large herringbone, and basketweave patterns. The tiles are adaptable for creative layouts, allowing for combinations and hand-cut configurations.
Unique Offerings
Notable additions include Damask oak, featuring a warm blond wood appearance with an unfinished effect. The collection also includes tiles inspired by Persian onyx, a delicate stone seldom used in flooring due to its fragility and porosity.
Pushing Design Boundaries
Managing director Fleur Carson describes the new collection as pushing the limits of flooring design. The designs emphasize precise colouration, surface embossing, and bevel detailing, showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Natural Material Beauty
Karndean Designflooring’s designers have meticulously sourced unique samples from around the globe, capturing the innate beauty of each material. From the intricate wood knots of Spanish holm oak to the iconic veining of Italian and Greek marbles, and the luminous qualities of Persian onyx, each design reflects the essence of its natural counterpart.
